"We chose this location to stay during a youth softball tournament. The primary recently chose it was the fact that it had a swimming pool. When we arrived, there was a sign on the counter, saying that the pool was closed. I had received prior communication regarding the stay, but nothing mentioned the closure of the pool. Needless to say, we had a lot of disappointed young girls."

"I would have given 5 stars but the alarm went off at 6 am. I thought I turned it off but then it went off again. I called the front desk to find out how to turn it off and no one picked up. Alarms should be turned off my housekeeping so guests can Allie and retaken by previous guests alarms. It’s not right."

"The hotel was garbage, but the young man Adam at the front desk was wonderful. He was trying to do his best to help us out. The room was mediocre. There was no air conditioning. There was no plug in the bathtub for the kids to have a bath. There are no toothbrushes at the front desk. Ice machine was broken. The voice was a piece of garbage."

Called the office I said you have a party going on in the back they said I don't have a party going on anywhere and hung up on me. Call back again and they hung up on me again. We never unpacked we just grabbed our bags and left music was so loud you can hear it at the office. They did absolutely nothing. Not paying for this 2...
