"The staff, food and overall environment and hospitality are amazing. Pam, Kevin, Patty and a lovely young lady that I don’t know if I ever got her name even offered to bring me a flat iron from her home as I needed one. Only there two days, but I felt like I found a new family. Would go back in a heartbeat and stay longer. Delgany is a wonderful town too. "

"The hotel room was spacious and beautiful, and had wonderful old world amenities, but in a newly upgraded way. I love the fact that at night you could hear the ocean waves crashing across the street. Additionally, the staff was helpful and super pleasant. What a great place to stay and in a beautiful area!"

"Parking was a challenge but we found off site parking. The restaurant was good and the location was gorgeous. Be aware you have to pay for early check in. "

"Very nice reception and bar but rooms are a bit grubby, the doors don’t lock properly I couldn’t relax as my 2 year old coupe open the door very easily even when locked with the key turned in the door, very friendly staff."

"This place is just beautiful. Ocean views. Well located. Easy access to train and buses to go directly to Dublin. Street parking was easy. The bars in the hotel are very lively on the weekends but that’s fun too. "

"Area was clean. They seem to care more about the restaurant attached to the hotel than the actual hotel itself. The hotel is under renovation but did not take away from the cleanliness of the hotel. Staff was great except for one cameriera who became very rude because of a language barrier. "

"This is a lovely hotel with a wonderful restaurant and a nice convenience store on the property. The only drawback is the location which is a good bit away from Dublin City Center and the airport and taxis are expensive. There is a Dart station nearby but I did not use it so I cannot comment on how close or convenient it was to use."

"Just back from a stay at Rochestown Lodge Hotel in Dublin and loved it! 💫 ✨ Spotlessly clean, comfy rooms (309 is great!) 🍳 Tasty breakfasts + relaxing bar vibes 🏊‍♀️ Amazing leisure centre – pool, jacuzzi & sauna were highlights 💁‍♀️ Staff were genuinely lovely and so helpful 🌊 Great location near Dun Laoghaire, with gorgeous coastal views! It’s about 25 mins from the city, but 5 mins in a cab to the lovely Dalkey. It is perfect if you're after a peaceful break with fab facilities....

"I stayed one night at Summerhill House after completing a 3 day hike and preparing to head back to the states the following day. I had a comfortable, spacious room and throughly enjoyed the ambiance of the hotel. The employees were all very kind and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again."
