Hotel is not worth the money. Nice location but that’s about it. Average or maybe even below average room. Bad carpets. My room’s air conditioner made a loud noise when it kicked on and off and kept me awake much of the night. Won’t be staying there again.

The concierge staff is so incredible and the valet so accommodating. This was my second stay and the only place I’d stay in northern Ky and Cincinatti area.

The staff was very helpful parking was fantastic so were the valets they helped me with the way to get where I was going air conditioning was fantastic clean room felt like I was in a palace ❤️ Already told a friend about it
