"The place is rated as 5 stars on Expedia. I’m not sure how this is the case. There were bugs all over and the bedding (including pillowcases) had stains on them. I felt disgusted sleeping on the bedding. The bed was hard, my back hurt. The elevators to the unit, were disgustingly over crowded and super slow. Overall, the stay here is the worst I’ve ever experienced and feel that the photos and reviews were truly misleading. Expedia, please remove this from your listing or else you’ll lose...

"The day before my stay, I contacted the property via WhatsApp to confirm check‑in details. I was told everything was fine and to call again once I arrived onsite. About ten minutes later, they messaged me saying they did not have the room type I had booked and fully paid for months in advance. They gave me no alternative solution and simply told me to cancel through Expedia — even though the booking clearly stated that cancellation would result in most of the payment being withdheld.
