"The room was clean and well appointed, nice shower and bed, so no complaints there. We had hoped that the balcony would be a place to sit and relax in the morning, but the small chair and table barely fit in the narrow space and the balcony wall too high to see over when seated. The “Mountain View” is literally a view to the top of one mountain, otherwise you look over grass to a few banana trees blocking the view. The front desk closes at 8 and they are the ones that give out WiFi codes,...

"This is a budget hotel - so don`t expect anything more. It is good value for money and in a location about 10 - 15 minutes walk from Chiang Saen centre. There are no cafes close to the hotel so be prepared to walk or take a ride to the centre of Chiang Saen. The staff are friendly and helpful."

"Für uns das enttäuschende Hotel unserer 3 Wochen Reise in Thailand. Teurer als alles vergleichbare und in vielen Punkten deutlich hinter unseren Service Erwartungen. 1. Wir versuchten wenige Minuten nach der Buchung ein Storno, weil wir sahen, dass es 1:15 von chiang rai entfernt ist und sich lediglich in der region Chiang Rai befindet. Das Hotel hat den Storno verweigert. Ist ihr gutes Recht, daher auch nur erwähnt, damit andere den Fehler nicht machen. Geht nicht in meine Bewertung ein. 2....

"While this is very good value for money and the staff are wonderful, there was no escort to the room or assistance with luggage. The bathroom needed attention to the area around the tub and large ants came out in numbers from gaps in the shower tiles. "A place to rest and indulge in fresh air and surrounding nature. We had such a great stay. Customer service is excellent and the food was delicious too. Definitely recommend this resort to anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway from the city."

"A reasonably well maintained Property. The Room was as advertised. My only issue was the directions provided when using the Expedia App and choosing Google Maps; I was directed to the Property across the Street. The Hotel has no Signage on that Street. The entrance is from the other side of the Property. Something to discuss with the Owner. Other that that small “Hiccup”; I thoroughly enjoyed my stay."

Maravillosa experiencia!!

"El hotel es un remanso de paz, sus instalaciones son hermosas, con muchas áreas verdes y cuerpos de agua. El staff de recepción es increíble, nos apoyaron con todo lo que necesitamos con una amabilidad fuera de serie! Nuestro vuelo llegó por la mañana y pudimos hacer estoy check in sin costo adicional!! El buffet del desayuno merece mención especial, tiene amplia variedad de frutas, jugos naturales, bebidas energetizantes, tés, cafés, bollería, huevos, platillos tailandeses, hasta fuente de chocolate y helados!! utilizan productos orgánicos y todo está absolutamente delicioso!! Las habitaciones son muy amplias, incluyen tina, regadera y una terraza con camastro para disfrutar una lectura o simplemente contemplar el atardecer. Este hotel es 10 de 10!!!"

"El alojamiento es muy muy bonito, tiene un jardín que invita a disfrutarlo por lo que recomiendo ir con tiempo para ello. El trato del personal es muy bueno. El desayuno está muy bien, te dan a elegir entre varias opciones y además tienes fruta muy rica y tostadas."
