"This was my 2nd stay at the property & the staff & other guest were pure greatness. I made a few friends on my floor & found out I was named the “The Green Tea Shot Guy”. With the annual Saint Patrick’s Day Parade being roughly a block over the hwy perfect location to stay for the festivities. There’s also easy access to the hwy which made a smooth way to get to downtown Dallas or other fun places along the hwy. "

"We weren't able to stay the night and had to move hotels after just one hour due to road noise and itching terribly when laying down on the very uncomfortable mattress."

"The fitness facility was top notch. From the equipment to the women’s locker room. The outdoor heated pool was a treat. The beds were comfortable and we had housekeeping daily. Super quiet hotel in a nice neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again. "

"Parking was a little tight for larger vehicles and the lot is used for valet in the evenings. However, we would totally stay here again. Because the bedroom is in the back, the Greenville Ave action was not an issue at all! It feels homey and comfortable with a full kitchen and washer/dryer it was a great value for the money."

"Very clean and honestly very nice staff with great food and drinks. The gym is a good size overlooking the city. Great view. I start my day at the gym watching the sunrise, then grab an excellent buffet breakfast with an omelet bar (egg whites too) with menu items also available. I finish my morning with the hottest shower with a rain head and a separate wand. I feel so ready to hit the day for both work and leisure. "We stayed at the Graduate Hotel in Dallas and felt the room rate itself was reasonable. Our room with two queen beds was comfortable, but surprisingly there was no closet, which made it difficult to hang clothes or stay organized. We also had ants in the room near the beds and on the table. We reported it and were told the issue would be addressed, but unfortunately we still saw ants the next day. "I got the property was great. He was easy because it was close to SMU as I was visiting my daughter there I was just highly disappointed. They would not honor my Hilton honor points. There’s no reason they couldn’t have out of them on."

"Let me say that we stayed 5 nights and the staff was nice and the rooms were clean. But there were a few inconveniences. The plug by the bed was covered by a headboard screwed to the wall, making it unusable. The wall tv was gone and a small tv was brought in and sitting on the desk. The breakfast was subpar and the coffee terrible. They didn’t even have whole milk and the bananas were too brown.
