"Lovely hotel, and a good price for the facilities. There was a wedding in the hotel, and I am pleased to say the late night music didnt travel. Good breakfast selection, being constantly replenished including GF options. Very handy as a stop off on the way to France. £6 overnight parking charge, but was very secure. I would stay here again"

"Our stay at the Mount Edgcumbe was genuinely exceptional. My wife wasn’t feeling well during our visit, and the manager and staff showed such warmth and care — nothing was ever too much trouble. "The property was easy to get to via cab, I would not advise you to try and walk it as the road gets busy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and spacious, only thing I didnt like was the room had no AC, but a Dyson fan was in full use. The room had no fridge to put your water or drinks, no complementary biscuits, or herbal teas. Other wise I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay."
