The bed was a little more firm that we are used to, but that seems to be a common thing we encountered with UK beds, in general and is not a complaint about this establishment in any way. "The property was easy to get to via cab, I would not advise you to try and walk it as the road gets busy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and spacious, only thing I didnt like was the room had no AC, but a Dyson fan was in full use. The room had no fridge to put your water or drinks, no complementary biscuits, or herbal teas. Other wise I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay."
