"Supper helpful and polite staff. Nothing missed in our stay! "

"The breakfast was great! Fresh made omelet's and great coffee"

"Una excelente ubicación, con acceso a restaurante y tiendas de souvenir. El desayuno excelente . Muy cerca la plaza Aristóteles. Y con acceso a pie a los principales monumentos de la ciudad. Orientación sobre la rutas del transporte público y la forma de pago serían convenientes. Muy recomendable. "

"Fantastic breakfast "

"Great location - close to the airport, close to the city and on the road leading out of town to the beach, also loved that it was so so close to the ‘Kosmos’ mall, which was a great options for shopping and dining. The outdoor pool was wonderful. I wasn’t too keen on the indoor pool - I personally thought it could have been warmer (though my kids were happy). Also was not overly impressed with the spa in the women’s room- the jacuzzi’s water was barely warm and the steam room wasn’t working....

"El servicio"

"Great location, quiet room as requested, very kind, frendly and helpful staff at reception. Good relation price/quality if you are not looking for a wonderfull hotel. Lift from reception to all floors. Baggage assistance to reception."

"Mucho ruido en mi habitación "

"Only stayed one night, but reception desk was very helpful, and the breakfast was good. I especially appreciated the REAL coffee, not one of those machines that makes lots of coffee options, but it's just bad coffee. The room I reserved was with 2 twin beds, but it would have been tight for 2 people and their suitcases. The bathroom was very small with NO room to put things. There are stairs to get to the elevators, so that's inconvenient with luggage or for those with some limited mobility."
