"The door of tbe fridge was not closing properly,I prepared a cup of tea on the first day and on tbe 5th day was still there altough I immediately notify the staff at the reception. Also the door of the shower was too long and evrytime I was taking a shower the water went on the bathroom floor."

"The hotel was beautiful! Right in the heart of the city. Extremely clean and the staff were so kind. The room itself even with paying for an upgraded one was super small. I was solo traveling and could not imagine having 2 people in that room. However the bed, pillows, bathroom and patio were amazing! ..."
