  • The house is located 1500 m away from the two large beaches: Foxi Manna and Melisenda. You will reach them in less than 5 minutes by car. The property enjoys an exceptional location on the hillside with a breathtaking view on the bay of Foxi Manna. It is a quiet and luminous place, with a large swimming pool (heated when necessary) on a "solarium" terrace, equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas. Built in 2003 and renovated in 2015, our house offers all the modern comforts (air conditioning, an indoor and outdoor kitchen, Wi-Fi access, a flat screen TV, and much more) while conserving its original style. There are 5 bedrooms (sleeps 15), 2 lounges, 5 bathrooms, and a kitchen; all of them tastefully decorated. You will enjoy a cosy atmosphere in an exceptional place while not being overlooked. A 100-m² terrace with kitchen, living room and barbecue guarantees unforgettable evenings in a quiet and peaceful setting. A gym, a Ping-Pong table and a boules court will allow the most active ones to have small competitions. Finally, there is a bio-aromatic garden at your disposal for enjoying your grilled meat and fish.
    Our housekeeper on site will answer all your requests and help you organize your stay. You will find supermarkets a few kilometers away and several charming restaurants serving a simple and efficient cuisine.

We spent a great week in the beautiful house. The outdoor area with the view of the bay was fantastic. There is plenty of parking on the property. Since the house is located on a hill, the bike ride from the beach is a bit more exhausting. The house is top equipped. The only negative point was that the sun disappeared behind the hill already at 5 p.m. in autumn. In return, we enjoyed wonderful sunrises. We are very happy to come back. Thank you Chiara & Alain!

Perfect for a large family group

View from villa is fantastic - wide mountain and sea panorama. Facilities at the house amazing for large family group with huge amounts of space - large pool and decking, large covered terrace with huge table. Large outdoor kitchen with coal and gas bbq. Area reserved for villa with beach equipment, chairs, umbrellas, kayaks etc ready at the local beach. Very organised.

Ein paradiesischer Ort

La Mariachiara ist wunderschön gelegen und bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Das Haus und die Umgebung sind sehr gepflegt. Es bietet genügend Platz, so dass man sich auch mit 15 Personen nicht bedrängt fühlt. Die Aussicht ist bombastisch, der Pool sauber und die Gartenanlage lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und sauber. Die Küche ist vielfältig ausgestattet und bietet alles was man braucht. Die Aussenküche ist toll. Es hat mehr als genügend Geschirr und die Zusatzausstattung wie Fahrräder, Strandstühle, etc. bieten einen tollen Zusatznutzen. Wir kommen bei einer nächsten Gelegenheit gerne wieder!

Lovely stay at beautiful villa

The view from this house was simply stunning. Loved waking up to see the beautiful sunrises over the ocean. This house was a great fit for our group of 2 families. The younger children (ages 9-12) shared the 2 rooms downstairs with easy access to the pool and each adult couple had a gorgeous suite upstairs with a balcony overlooking the pool. Short drive to two beautiful beaches and had access to beach chairs, kayaks, and paddle boards in front of the other property (which is walking distance to the beach). Only suggestion would be to invest in new paddle boards as they looked like they had seen better days and were starting to deteriorate. The kitchen was well appointed and we enjoyed family meals both at the large table by the pool as well as at the dining room table inside. It was great coming home to this oasis after a day trip and relaxing by the pool or just taking in the lovely view. Chiara, the housekeeper, was always very kind and responsive. Thankful for a lovely stay!

Wonderful special holiday

Incredible villa in peaceful and unspoilt part of sardinia. Villa incredibly well equipped with so many things that make a huge difference to the holiday. The welcome from the housekeeper was great and Chiara helped us with so many things. A perfect holiday.

Wunderschöner Urlaub, schöner als im Internet dargestellt

herzlichen Dank für den wunderschönen Urlaub. Es ist ein Traumhaus 🥰 und alles war ausgezeichnet organisiert! Das Haus ist wunderschön und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Und es ist auch für Kinder gut geeignet. Die Spielmöglichkeiten und der Kicker und Tischtennisplatte und und und , war eine wahre Freude für uns als Grossfamilie. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden was wir uns wünschen konnten. Ihr habt an jede Kleinigkeit gedacht. Dann die Sommerküche draußen war richtig klasse. Wir kommen aus dem Träumen nicht mehr raus…. Alles ist schöner als es im Internet scheint. Der Pool ist wunderbar. Die Garten Möbel geben eine schöne Entspannung und Ruhe. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend 😍 Wir haben alles sehr genossen. Mein persönlicher größter Dank geht an Chiara. Ich war richtig krank und hatte meinen Ausweis verloren. Chiara war wundervoll!!!! Ohne sie wäre ich verloren gewesen!!!! Sie hat sich um alles gekümmert. Ich bin ihr sehr sehr dankbar. Ich bin nicht leicht und meine Familie ist groß. Chiara war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ihr habt unseren Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Urlaub gemacht. Danke!

Tolle Villa für eine Auszeit!

Die Villa liegt in einer touristisch wenig erschlossen Region von Sardinien und um die Umgebung zu erkunden braucht man definitiv ein Auto. Es gibt vier Mountain Bikes, aber aufgrund der Hanglage oberhalb von Foxi Mana (Strand) ist auch hierfür ein Auto für die ca. 2 Km empfehlenswert. Der Strand selbst ist sehr groß und war Mitte/Ende Mai fast menschenleer, obwohl die Luft (24-28°) und Wassertemperatur (ca. 22°) zu dieser Zeit schon sehr angenehm waren. Dafür entschädigt die Villa mit einer sehr ruhigen Lage und einem "Million Dollar View" auf die Foxi Mana Bucht und das Meer! Der Sonnenaufgang früh morgens über dem Meer ist atemberaubend. Sehr schöner Pool. der fast den ganzen Tag in der Sonne liegt. Es gibt ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme, eine tolle Terrasse und chill area. Dazu große Außenküche, Tischtennisplatte, Boule Feld, Kicker, Schnorchelmasken etc.. Die Küche ist groß und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind groß und die Betten sehr bequem. Dazu ensuite Bäder mit Dusche oder Badewanne. Insgesamt sehr gut geeignet für eine große Familien alle Gruppe von Freunden! Chiara, die Hausverwalterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt haben wir eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht!

Traumhafter Ausblick in ruhiger Lage

Das geräumige, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus bietet mit seiner Ausstattung innen und außen eine gute Ausgangsbasis für erholsame Ferientage. Die Betreuung durch die örtliche Ansprechpartnerin mit ihrem Team erfolgte schnell, geräuschlos, effektiv und dabei charmant. Zur Zeit der Buchung war im Inserat ein Golfwagen erwähnt für den Weg zum Strand. Die Entfernung zum Meer ist mit 1000 m angegeben. Dies erweckte den Anschein, dass der Weg zum Strand auch bequem zu Fuss zurückgelegt werden könnte. Das Vorhandensein des Golfwagens hat der Vermieter nach der Buchung auf Nachfrage verneint. Der Weg zum Meeresstrand ist wesentlich weiter als die Luftlinie der Entfernung. Das Haus liegt hoch oben am Hang. Der Heimweg zu Fuss oder mit einem der vorhandenen Fahrräder bei der Hitze ist eine körperliche Herausforderung. Wenn die Objektbeschreibung richtig und genauer wäre, würde gar nicht erst eine falsche Erwartung entstehen. Insgesamt liegt das Haus ruhig und abgeschieden, jenseits großer Touristenströme. Es ist als Ort der Begegnung und Entspannung mit seinem herrlichen Ausblick für einen Urlaub bestens geeignet. Punktabzug wegen der unrichtigen/ungenauen Beschreibung.

Flott hus i rolig område

Utleier og den lokale kontaktpersonen (housekeeper) Chiara yter utrolig service! Diskret, men alltid tilgjengelig. Usedvanlig høyt servicenivå rett og slett. Huset er flott. Stort, høy standard og med alle fasiliteter. Utsikten er veldig fin, og det er helt stille og rolig der. Dypt og fint basseng som gjør at man kan tilbringe dagen ved huset om man vil. Stranda er veldig flott. Langgrunn med fin sand. Rolig strand med god plass både til solstoler og til ballspill. Egen bod nede ved stranda med strandutstyr som kun kan brukes av de som leier La Mariachiara (solsenger, kajakker, paddleboard, snorkleutstyr mv). Litt lang vei til stranda, butikk og restauranter. Du må ha bil hvis du leier huset. Dette er ikke stedet å dra hvis du vil ha shopping.

Wonderful Stay

My family of 7 enjoyed our 1 week stay here in this gorgeous location. Chiara was very helpful and always available to answer questions or offer assistance. Upon arrival the heated towel racks did not work...there was no solution available to fix it but this was fine. Plenty of space with picturesque views and a wonderful outdoor seating area. Comfortable beds. The only negatives I would add are 1) the house is quite dark....limited lightening which was difficult when travelling with older individuals and seeing at night and 2) the dishes, glasses, utensils, cooking pans/pots were very dirty when we arrived....this did take some time out of our stay to clean and tidy. Overall, very pleasant experience...we had a lovely time.

Fantastic stay in large villa.

This is a fantastic villa. There were 8 adults and 5 children and it was spacious for us. We loved the outdoor seated areas and outdoor kitchen. The inside kitchen was large for preparing feasts and the extra big ‘beer’ fridge was put to good use! It was an incredibly well equipped and clean villa with everything you could possibly need and we really appreciated this. The port of Tertenia area has a couple of restaurants, a bar and a little supermarket and we loved the peace and quiet. Nothing is within walking distance of the villa though so take note. The local beach was okay too. Chiara, who manages the villa, was excellent. She advised us on local clinic times when we needed a doctor one evening; additionally, she cooked for us one evening when we had a birthday and served it all on the balcony for a small fee. Thank you! I would recommend this very well run and excellent villa.

Sprachlos.........

Das Haus erfüllt sämtliche Erwartungen, es mangelt an nichts. Das Haus ist in einem super Zustand und es lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ich kann das Haus nur jedem empfehlen, der Wert auf Luxus und Sauberkeit legt sowie die tolle Aussicht auf die Landschaft und das Meer. Auch die Gastfreundschaft war hervorragend!! Ein herzliches Dankeschön geht an Chiara, Sie stand jederzeit zur Verfügung. Alles was in der Beschreibung vom Haus inbegriffen oder aufgeführt ist, ist auch tatsächlich vorhanden. Ein wunderbares, sehr gepflegtes Wohlfühl-Ferien-Haus

Wir durften eine Woche mit der gesamten Familie (6 erwachsene Kinder, Partnern und Enkelkind) im Haus von Alain und Cathy verbringen und wir wären am Liebsten dort geblieben!!! Das Haus ist wunderbar ausgestattet mit allem, was gebraucht wird, die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber mit herrlichem Ausblick aufs Meer! Die Bäder sind hell und geräumig und für alle lagen viele weiche Hand/Badetücher bereit!!! Garten, Pool, Aussenküche, Kicker, Tischtennis, Fahrräder und und und!!! Wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst!!! Wurden wunderbar "betreut", hatten eine liebe Ansprechpartnerin, die uns immer freundlich bei Fragen geholfen hat!!! Auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen, vor allem für Großfamilien oder große Gruppen!!! Einer unserer schönsten Urlaubsunterkünfte!!! Ein herzliches Danke an Alain, Cathy und ihr Team!!!!!

oui j'ai adoré le confort la propreté et l'environnement la gentillesse des habitants.

La villa très bien située avec une superbe vue sur la mer et la montagne, la piscine ,le matériel mis à disposition, l'accueil du propriétaire et sa disponibilité, tous ses renseignements qui nous ont beaucoup aidés, villa très agréable et spacieuse, même si le temps n'a pas toujours été très ensoleillé, toute la famille gardera un excellent souvenir de ce voyage à Terténia.

Perfect Villa, Perfect Location, Perfect View, Perfect Holiday!

This villa is a must for families/friends looking for a peaceful location near a stunning beach. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting for our joint family holiday this year. The villa has everything that you need including the most beautiful view. There is something to do for everyone from the pool (of course) to table tennis and Petanque. You don't even need to leave the villa. However, there is a beach just a few minutes away where the owner's other house (La Pazienza) is and you have access to a fenced off area/shed for paddle board, kayaks, sun umbrellas, snorkels, fins etc... The owner, Alain, has thought about every little detail and we could not find fault with anything at all.

Very nice villa with a fantastic view and everything you need for a relaxing week

Very nice villa where everything is available - pool, outside kitchen, nice terrasse, speakers and television, entertainment like table tennis and petanque. We really enjoyed our stay here. Very helpful staff as well. We did experience some challenges with the airconditioning, though.

Absolute gem of a villa in unspoilt location

We rented with four adults and four children. This is not an overly touristy part of Sardinia... for now, which we really liked. The villa has excellent facilities and is really well looked after - perfect for the kids too, it has a great pool and play area, it has a real feeling of luxury, especially outside. The view is spectacular, looking out down the hillside to the coast. You can walk to the beach, but I wouldn't recommend it with small kids unless you want to go and feed the donkeys on the main road. it's a two minute drive to a lovely beach full of local families. The nearby restaurants are very welcoming and great value. The villa team will also show you the beach storage where you can get loungers, parasols (essential) and also sea canoes. You can also book meals to be cooked for you at the villa, massages and arrange your car rental, which I would recommend. We did ours with one of the better known companies and it turned out the deal through the villa was much better. Ultimately, the best recommendation is that we all (adults and kids) loved our time there and didn't want to leave.

Magnifique séjour

Tout est réuni pour passer un magnifique et inoubliable séjour. Le cadre, la maison et ses installations sont parfaites. Tout le monde trouve une activité à son goût : grande piscine, plusieurs activités en mer : canoë, plongée ou bateau. La gentillesse du personnel et sa disponibilité ont été très appréciées. Petite pizzeria à ne pas manquer !

Superbe séjour en Sardaigne

Un rêve... non une réalité, un coin de paradis dans un cadre magnifique au calme et sous le soleil. Un accueil et un service à notre arrivée avec un personnel compétent et accueillant. La maison et ses prestations de qualité nous ont laissé un souvenir magnifique. Nous vous conseillons de passer vos vacances dans cette maison.

Séjour de rêve!

Tout était parfait: situation de la villa, piscine qui a fait la joie de tous, confort absolu, pièces vastes, terrasse et alentours remarquables. Nous avons pu apprécier la serviabilité et le professionnalisme du personnel à notre disposition. Nous avons pu rejoindre en peu de temps la mer. La plage était propre et bien entretenue, avons pu nous restaurer à des prix très abordables. Nous recommandons cette location avec enthousiasme!!!
