A detached villa located in the marina of Tertenia, on the southeastern coast of the beautiful Ogliastra region, famous for its beaches of the finest sand and its unspoiled corners of paradise.
The villa, recently renovated and now rated Energy Class A2, features an interior space of approximately 170 square meters and a veranda of approximately 40 square meters, surrounded by a fenced garden of 2,000 square meters;
The villa is located in the immediate vicinity of Foxi and Murdegu beaches (about a 3-minute walk) and is primarily laid out on a single level; it is ideal for families or groups who wish to spend their vacations away from the hustle and bustle, immersing themselves in the tranquility of this corner of paradise.
Inside, it features 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have double beds, one with twin beds that can be pushed together to form a double, and one with a bunk bed. All bedrooms have a window or French door leading to a balcony overlooking the back of the property. The villa’s two bathrooms are equipped with showers;
The kitchen is very bright and equipped with all the amenities you’d expect in a vacation home, suitable even for the most discerning guests; in fact, it features a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, spacious refrigerator (with the addition of a second refrigerator), coffee maker, induction cooktop, and a full set of dishes, glasses, and cutlery.
All rooms in the house are equipped with central air conditioning that can be adjusted to suit the needs of each individual room.
The ideal place to enjoy meals during the summer months is undoubtedly the outdoor veranda, but you can also make use of the extendable table located inside the spacious living room adjacent to the kitchen; which features a lounge area with armchairs, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi.
The villa’s enormous, fully fenced garden is perfect both as a parking area (it can accommodate up to 8 cars) and as a play area for children; within it there is an area with two outdoor showers (equipped with hot and cold water), a barbecue area, and access to the villa’s basement, where there is a laundry area complete with drying racks, an ironing board, and an iron.
Guests have free access to all areas of the villa, with the exception of a small storage room used by the owners to store items and linens.
Thanks to its numerous sleeping accommodations, the villa is ideal for hosting groups or large families; it is also possible (upon request at the time of booking) to rent a crib and high chair for children.
The location is very quiet, with no other homes in the immediate vicinity, yet it is centrally located for easy access to the area’s main attractions: in addition to the beach, the San Giovanni Tower, dating back to the 1700s, is very close by, featuring striking cliffs and panoramic views of one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in Ogliastra.
The area offers guests the opportunity to enjoy various outdoor sports, including mountain biking, hiking, and long walks to explore the surrounding unspoiled nature; in fact, there are countless trails that, with proper signage, lead to breathtaking landscapes and little corners of paradise.

The villa is about a 15-minute drive from Tertenia, where you’ll find all essential services such as ATMs, a pharmacy, an on-call doctor, and supermarkets.
The nearest hospital is in Lanusei, about a 30-minute drive away.
In the Tertenia marina, however, you can find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, boat rental services, a RV area, and a small marina.
Smoking is prohibited inside the villa.
The municipality of Tertenia has a recycling program; guests are required to properly sort their waste and dispose of it at the recycling center located a short distance from the villa.
