"Well presented clean room, a later checkout was provided on request."

"The customer service is top notch, just the rooms and the hallway, stuffy could be due to the old carpets"

"The only issue was the neighbouring residents bordering the property (I don’t know which neighbour) had a dog that barked nonstop into the night and I’m not complaining about the dog, I’m complaining about the dog’s human who didn’t seem to be attending to the dog’s needs.

"Always very comfy, is quiet, clean enough, they have a room with refreshments 24/7, with pc and printer which is handy when you are a student ar Macquarie uni or on a business trip."

"Location... easy access to Metro...busses..restaurants..parks to run"

"The hotel is well appointed and located. The room was comfortable, bathroom even better. The hotel has a musty, damp odour however which was unpleasant. Improved with the a/c on but still lingered in the hallways and lift."
