"I didn't like that the weekend cleaning staff weren't very thorough. In room dining menu was scarce of meat dishes, but the food was delicious anyway. There was also a Sundays and public holidays surcharge on room service. However the room itself, was fantastic! The view was nice, the room and furniture were neat, tidy and clean. An in-room coffee pod machine with complementary pods and bottled water. The bed was extremely comfortable and luxurious. The staff were great and very helpful....

"The hotel was perfect and appreciate the upgrade. Wish I had booked 2 nights. Had brunch at the lobby bar but they never placed my order. Finally one attendant sorted it all out when he found out, and in the end didn’t charge me for the meal. Kind of a downer because there’s a lot of spots that people can dine at so more attention needed for training here and having staff that care because your houseguests give you priority over the neighboring eateries. "Not in the prettiest area of Brisbane, but so close to its airport it is an excellent option when taking an early flight, so it was the second time I booked it for this reason + the parking + the modern decoration + the same nice and helpful girl at the reception! In addition to the Kingsford's there are also a couple of good breakfast restaurants a block away, which I couldn't go to this time. The nearby gas station to fill the tank of a rental car is also a welcome addition..."
