"Despite being a foreigner in a commonly Japanese space, I was treated with the utmost care and respect. Being able to sample multiple variations of green tea (leaps and bounds more complex than any I had tasted back home) while looking out across the lake was an unforgettable experience. I wish I had stayed an extra night so I could experience a few more of the available services, but I did manage to purchase some tea leaves and orange juice for the journey. We stayed here as a part of a longer Japan trip and appreciated being so well taken care of, from the exemplary service to the traditional and carefully prepared Japanese meals. "今回、プレミアムルームを利用しましたが 素晴らしいの一言。マッサージチェア、丁度良い硬さのベッド、リファのシャワーヘッド、広々としたバスルーム、トイレ、細かな調整ができる調光装置、どれをとっても素晴らしかったです。そして静かなので部屋で過ごす時間にムッとする瞬間がありませんでした。（空調装置の音は少々ありますが） 目前にザザシティがあるので買い物には困らないし、飲食店も多数。この値段で、この内容は正直言って「安い‼️」です。オススメします‼️"

"Very nice hotel with rooms big enough to western guests. Nice staff and close to the station. Only negative aspect, the walls are thin so you can hear the traffic but it didn't bother our sleep and the whole neighborhood is quiet. I would stay that this hotel again. "

"中型犬2頭と大人３人で泊まりました。離れの建物で、外観や中の建具などはレトロでおばあちゃんちという雰囲気でしたが、お風呂、トイレ、壁紙、洗面台などリフォームされていてとても清潔で綺麗でした。　 車で10分？くらいのところに大きなイオンやドンキホーテがありました。素泊まりだったので食料はそこで買い出ししました。 お布団も清潔で、エアコンもよく効いて寝やすかったです。 犬も居心地が良かったようで、帰るのを渋っていました。 堤防がすぐ目の前で、犬の散歩もしやすかったです。 離れは風呂、トイレが室内にありました。部屋もとても広く、テレビや冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、ポットがありました。 また是非利用したいです。ありがとうございました。 "
