Staff is very friendly and go out of their way to help you with your request and the whole place is so close to nature that it almost feels like just being there is a vacation in itself. I am in the USA, so I was worried about hearing back from the property. But the hotel staff, especially Mr. Dilip Singh, were fantastic in constantly communicating with me regarding the booking. They personally emailed my Dad regarding the gift on his birthday and spoke with them many times before they reached Sasan. I highly recommend the hotel...

"The property has nothing renovation. We had stinky room and broken exhaust fan in the bathroom. Quality of toiletries were worst ….I used their body lotion and it was like chalk mix..had no glycerin even. Poor maintenance and not for value at all. This property should not have daily rate for stay more 1000 Rs per day. Pathetic resort ..ruined my holiday. "
