"My experience at this property was quite disappointing. When I arrived, the room was not ready, which was inconvenient after a long journey. Unfortunately, the cleanliness standards were also not up to expectations — the washroom was dirty, there were used bedsheets, and even the towels provided were unclean. Basic amenities were missing as well. There was no drinking water or even a glass in the room, and I had to repeatedly request the staff for essentials, which should ideally be provided...

The Tiwari brothers made us feel at home—they’re super helpful and even told us the exact auto charges while visiting different temples so no one could cheat us. They also arranged autos for us to explore Gokul, Mathura, Barsana, and Goverdhan, which made everything hassle-free. If you’re planning a trip here, I’d definitely recommend staying at this place!"
