"Great communication from booking site regarding access to building, the room was on the very top floor with unfortunately no lift which if you have mobility issues then this may not be the place for you. The room is accessed by your personal access code which is displayed on the digital door handle, the room is fresh and very modern and surprisingly very quiet for its location. "I really enjoyed my stay eventhough at the beginning I had a room where my tv did not work but the member of staff was so helpful when I explained this . He said someone would come but they did not come so I went back to him and also told him how my towels were soiled. He changed my room . I had a great sleep and he cooked a great breakfast . He works really hard and was nice . Respect for the staff member who was the only one I saw there on my stay doing everything . "

"This hotel is fresh and modern. All aspects of the hotel are warm and inviting. The food is good and there is a lot of variety at breakfast. The room I stayed in was very clean and felt airy as the ceiling was quite high. Parking is easy and convenient, this includes a discount when booked 48 hours on advance. I really do recommend this hotel."
