部屋は清潔で、静かで過ごしやすかった。 スタッフも親切で、町までの手配などを気持ち良くやってくれて、これが助かりました。 ただ、レストランでは、勝手にクーポンがあると思われて、クーポン用のメニューをだされて食べたいものが食べれなかった。会計の時に気付いたが遅かった。

Excellent hotel with great staff and very attentive. A little gem in Ubud. A shout out to Melani, Nirimala and Kadak and rest of staff for being so kind and helpful. The chef at Viji is outstanding.

The pool area needs a spray as the ants crawled all over us and were nesting in the chairs. The bed was not comfortable but the room was nice. Restaurant food is limited especially for breakfast and we found a hair in our satay! Staff were excellent at both front desk and restaurant.
