"The room I was assigned when I checked in was dirty so the staff had to move me into a new room. During the middle of the night someone used a keycard and opened the door to my room. The next morning my keycard no longer worked for my room when I tried to go back to my room after breakfast. The staff informed me that it was never updated in the system that they switched my room so they had attempted to give it to someone else. Overall it was a terrible experience. Not worth the price I paid at...

"Well, when I read that it was rated higher & cheaper than the Holiday Inn, I thought we'd try it out. Really bad breakfast bar, the room smelled, we were quoted one price but charged more, so go to the Holiday or Comfort Inns."

"I will not book again. The housekeeper didn’t knock or announce himself, he started opening the door but the latch was on. I opened the door as he walked off and asked was he not going to knock; he didn’t answer and went in another room. One of the trash cans was not emptied. The tub was unclean. The carpet is old with stains. There was dust on the furniture, around baseboards, on the wires and wall sockets, there was pieces of paper on the floor near the head of bed. It’s an old building but...

"The breakfast was good and convenient. We had a room where the water from the shower drained out to the rest of the bathroom. So our bathroom floor stayed soaked. I understand that this was a handicapped accessible room but they too could have benefitted from a dry bathroom floor and some drawers to put clothes in. Not one drawer and only 3 hangers. Alex was wonderful and helpful, and parking was convenient."

"We did not get to eat breakfast as we checked out at 5:15 am. Ron checked us in and was super nice. As for cleanliness it was quite dirty. One of the staff members encouraged us to park as close to the front as possible so our vehicle was not stolen."
