"the staff here is very Catalan. meaning they are very brash. we asked for help with bikes, which they did not provide. then asked for help with luggage. and they also declined. they do not say sorry. or ask if they could help in another way. the bike storage is across the street in a parking lot. very inconvenient. and the parking lot for cars is 2 blocks away, uphill. would not recommend this hotel. the rooms are antique. it's more like a ski lodge stuck in time. very outdated. the town is...

"Un sitio exelente y con personal exelente"

"They didn’t give me the room i booked and paid for at the check in. So it was a hassle.. they talknog a courtesy buffet which is comprised of soft apples and fabricated sugar loaded muffin. They should get rid of it entirely or just say there are complimentary apples. Hotel is in a train station where bus services also operate. When we stayed there was no train services in the region, butbif it were sound isolation is not enough. Uou either wake up by a train or by an inter-city bus"

"Buenas vistas, alojamiento tranquilo, limpio y comfortable. Muy recomendable"

" Bathroom could be cleaner. And the toilet could use a sink to wash hands. "

"Convenient location, clean apartment and friendly staff. I imagine it would suit a small family on a skiing holiday. As it were we only wanted to spend a comfortable night there and this place is not ideal for that. We had to find bedding and towels stored elsewhere in the building and made up our bed that in turn gave us an uncomfortable, restless night. The apartment was wery cold on arrival and the electric wall heaters must have been off for some time as the smell of burning dust was quite...
