They claimed they had sent a message on the portal “hours in advance” However, prior to my arrival there was no message or attempt to contact myself to let me know that the property was already booked up. "We stayed here as we were attending the British Grand Prix and was catching the shuttle bus to the track from Coventry Station. This hotel was perfect as it was a 2 minute walk. Check in was simple and the receptionist was smiley, friendly and informative. Room was clean, complimentary tea, coffee and soft drinks in the fridge. We will definetly choose this hotel for next years GP."

"Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room. "
