Lovely rooms, great atmosphere. Only down side was our rooms tap was leaking all over the side and the conditioner and hand wash dispensers were empty. And the jacuzzi wasn’t working

Good to get to by car but impossible to walk out of and go to surrounding shops as on a busy carriageway. Bathroom was ok but lots of brown areas around shower seals and corners in bathroom which is always a bit icky.

My stay from beginning to end was excellent. Really welcoming staff, lovely room, nice pool facilities, was a great stopping point for myself and my 5 year old grandson. It was also an excellent price, and included a delicious breakfast. Would definitely use in future if passing that way.

Couldn’t get the Air Conditioning to work and couldn’t find any instructions to see if it was me or the equipment. Otherwise good hotel & well priced

Charged £25 for new room as mine was not ready....(arrived at 1.30pm instead of 3pm)....new room had black hairs around bath taps and sink....also beard shavings on sink worktop.....told receptionist but just brushed it off.....excuse the pun! Breakfast was decent...nothing more to say. Bang average

Lets start with the positive, staff were great. Check in easy. Booked a king room. I was given a ground floor disabled room with twin smaller beds. I might be a bit fat but i am not disabled lol. The room it self was clean. But had a strange walk in shower no bath or normal shower. No tv remote. The room was dated but clean. I did go to reception and ask for a tv remote and told them it was the wrong room type and noisy. No offer to change my room. But i got a tv remote. The room location was terrible as i could hear people pass all night. And could hear every footstep or word spoken!. I woke up at 4am from noise from the room next door and the smell of cigarette smoke. The room next door was having a party with a lady!! And was negotiating a fee!! Lol I ate dinner the food was ok. I ordered what i wanted then was told i was given the old menu, so had to order again. Breakfast was ok. Premium inn breakfast is better. Like i said staff were all great.

Property is nice with plenty of parking - which is paid for separately. The staff were all friendly. Breakfast options weren’t very plentiful but there was a separate gluten free toaster. Pool is nice and changing facilities were a bit worn out. The air con in the room wasn’t adjustable with the thermostat for some reason but the rooms were nice and clean and the beds were comfortable.

There is nothing much to say, the hotel was lovely and loads of parking. Felt like our room was the furthest from the reception though. Not sure if it was because we didn’t arrive until about 9pm. What disappointed me was the £200 for the night when it was £80 the night after. Just a cash grab. They were going to charge me £8 parking too but due to us leaving at 4am to go to the Grand Prix, I asked for free parking instead of breakfast. The most expensive 7 hours I’ve spent anywhere in my life. That said, nothing bad to say about the hotel, the staff of the room, just the circumstances.

Superior Room Stay Was OK

Getting to the hotel on foot, as someone who doesn’t drive, was inconvenient as maps had me walking on a busy motorway. Most staff at the hotel were pleasant to interact with. Breakfast stops being served on weekdays at 09:30—this is strangely early and unfair as some people do wish to sleep in for a bit. Considering it is 2025, some Halal meat options would have been great (I put this on my booking and the Hotel responded saying they’ll make a note of it). My room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Complimentary water bottles in the mini fridge each day were highly appreciated. The safe wasn’t working when I arrived, so I had to request assistance—two members of staff from the reception desk came to assist but didn’t know how to use the new safes so it took a while. They strangely asked me to input a code in front of them, and they weren’t very apologetic for the inconvenience of the issue as I had expressed I was on my way out. There isn’t much to do in Coventry so I spent a lot of time at the hotel—it would have been great to have the option of using Netflix and other streaming platforms on the room TV. The bathroom was lovely, and the lighting was great for getting ready for the day. I didn’t love the smell of the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel provided in the bathroom. The shower water pressure was good. The gym had a decent amount of equipment. The equipment was worn out (e.g. barbell pads).The gym closes at 21:00, and last entry is 20:00.

The hotel is a bit outdated and looks like it needs a refresh but the room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable, While we were there a party was happening in a function room and there were bottles and glasses littering the pavement in front of the main entrance which were there all evening (going out to dinner and coming back) which was a bit gross, The main thing that made me quite unhappy about this stay was the additional £8 per day for parking and also the pool which is advertised you have to pay to use. Also there is no fridge in the room, no provided drinking water in the room and no provided toiletries apart from the large pump bottles on the wall. It left me feeling like it was a money grabbing operation that was scrimping at every turn.

A huge soulless property that feel like an airport hotel. With the exception of the public areas, nothing appears to have changed since the early noughties. The rooms, though faded, are comfortable and clean. Breakfast scraped by but could be better quality. I wouldn’t return.
