If your room is on the trolley side of the hotel, you’ll hear a buzzing sound from the trolleys all night. I will refuse to stay there in the future just for that parking reason alone. "A gorgeous historical hotel in a fabulous location, however, it was not made obvious that because of that there are no elevators. I came with an ADA person and we were on the top floor of a sold out hotel. Additionally, while there was an AC unit in the room it was very small and never cooled down the entire room. We were lucky to be there when it wasn’t very warm. I can’t imagine staying here during the harsh summer months. "
