"This is a great hotel. Very clean, all staff were super friendly. For the amount of people staying at this hotel the hallways were very quiet. Food options here were great as well. Location was perfect if you’re looking to go into downtown or to one of the stadiums across the water. Highly recommend!"

"Room bathroom lock was broken. Bathroom smelled like piss. Ac blowing hot. Paid $18 extra to park underneath and had to park down the street for $10 something for a day. Charged me $44 for 3 bottles of water and told me no manager on site on weekend so I had to call my bank. I would never ever stay there again"

"Room was slightly dirty. Vending machine on 6th floor took $6 and I could not get in touch with anyone at front desk to get a refund. Went downstairs and waited another 15 mins and still couldn’t get it fixed or money back. The breakfast area was busy and very messy/out of things they weren’t doing anything to restock or clean up the mess. It was ok stay but not the best"

"I was disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel room. When I checked in, the room was not properly cleaned, and several areas appeared neglected. Cleanliness is one of the most important expectations when staying at a hotel, and unfortunately this property did not meet that standard. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves housekeeping for future guests."

"This hotel was one of the worst I’ve stayed in. When you walk into the lobby it had a horrible smell of chlorine from the pool, almost over powering. The pool was green with a foam floating on the top. Our room had a couch that was stained and ripped. Even though the room was listed as non-smoking, you could smell the remnants of cigarette smoke. If I booked longer than only two nights I would have made other plans."

"Boggs Mansion was excellent! I was getting married so I stayed here the night before and the the night of my wedding and the staff was amazing!! He even was so kind to upgrade my room to a larger one so we could all get ready without any upcharge! They were so kind and willing to help with everything, made us feel so welcomed! The atmosphere of the mansion was so great I loved it!"

"Very dated. Plumbing issues (sink and dishwasher backing up), mold, terrible smells, furniture stains, wall stains, broken appliances (list goes on). Under renovation. Staff were helpful and hotel transfers were great. Hotel overpriced. Would not recommend."
