"The best 5 stars hotel I stayed so far. The hotel is one of the most expensive hotels in Tokyo and you get what you pay. The Japanese breakfast is delicious and I love daily fruits and dessert provided by the hotel. The concierge staff, Jan, is very knowledgeable and can provide helpful recommendations on dinning and shopping."

"Everything is fine except that their mattresses are not comfortable. I also asked about luggage delivery service to another hotel and two staff had told me that there was no same day delivery option so I booked another service myself. When I checked out and told the reception that there will be someone else picking up my luggage, another staff then told they actually do have same-day delivery service. I guess they need to train some of the staff better to avoid providing misinformation. "

"The hotel rooms are as advertised and surprisingly quiet given it's at the Tokyo Station. Service was exceptional. House keeping was amazing, and you never felt like any request was too small or a bother. Nespresso in the rooms along with a kettle. Amazingly hot shower with fantastic water pressure. Highly recommend."

"We had fantastic stay in our corner city view room. The room was large with floor to ceiling windows looking out onto the shopping area. The location was perfect, close to everything. The staff were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. We caught the bus from Narita airport and it stopped minutes from hotel. "A good property only a few minutes walk to the train. Lots of restaurant in the area. Safe and quiet. Second trip to this hotel. Note that all rooms are on high floors as the lobby starts on the 16th or 17th floor. Great city view from the rooms. For Tokyo standards the rooms are a good size as long as you don't have lots of luggage. Well appointed and clean. Arriving early before check in time not recommended. Not very accommodating for early check ins and I had to return at 3 and...

"The hotel is wonderful and the location is excellent. Tokyo is a very big city and Ginza is a very central “neighborhood”. These two characteristics alone would be enough to rate the hotel as excellent. However, the hotel exceeds all expectations in terms of staff. The hospitality was the best I have ever seen! The entire staff is well trained and very attentive, including with our 7-month-old baby - special mention for the VIP service for him. We will definitely be back!"

"Great location for Ginza shopping. The layout is unusual but we like it. The island in the room accommodates the wash basin, refrigeration and desk . I was able to do work on the high stool provided. The well lit room is also an exception for five star hotels. We also enjoyed the free beverage and snacks provided at the reception. "

"Location is convenient but not kid friendly. We traveled with a 7 year old and a 13 year old. It’s best suited for adults. Overall it was a nice hotel. "

"Very kind staff, and spacious room by Tokyo standards. The hotel had a lovely bar and restaurant in the lobby, and we enjoyed the Expedia perks we were given - an unexpected and pleasant surprise. The hotel's in a bit more of a business area, but still very accessible to trains, close walk to Ginza, etc. Would recommend this hotel. "
