"El trato del personal y que una vez dentro del hotel estabas muy a gusto,la espaciosa habitacion y la comodidad de esta"

"I very rarely leave reviews but Ishq was exceptional. If you are looking for an alternative to big, chain hotels this small, intimate property is perfect. Beautiful rooms and spaces with personal service. Food exceptional. Thanks Darshana."

"I spent 4 nights in the hotel. The service was superb and the facilities are amazing."

"La habitación está bien"

"Delicious breakfast, location, views, and history incomparable , it really transports you back to the old times"

"we stayed 3 nights in room 11. it s a small guest house with basic but comfortable rooms . good location walking distance from gangaramaya temple, good breakfast , excellent dinner and extremely kind and helpfull staff. only con: the tuk tuk guy who waits just off the hotel gate . he asks double or triple price for every trip you might be interested in. just ignore him and walk 3 minutes to the main road where metered tuk are available"

"Precioso hotel decorado de manera exquisita, nuevo (es del 2024), la atención magnífica, la cena buffet genial, un hotelazo que merece la pena conocer. Es un lujazo acabar el viaje de Sri Lanka en ese hotel. Altisimamente recomendable. "

"Impossible to get breakfast, staff incompetent and unhelpful"

"I have travelled the World extensively, and this property is possibly my favourite of any I have stayed in. It maintains old world colonial character and charm, with its very high standards, excellent staff, and wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. We stayed 8 years ago and have been planning g a return since. We are however devastated to hear that the hotel will close at the end of its current lease in August 2027, so this was likely to be our last ever visit."

"Excellent modern property! A delight to stay here….excellent views of the ocean too. And walking distance to almost everything. The drop off/ pick up arrangements are weird with multiple levels of lobbies but that is the architect’s fault….not the hotel’s. We will definitely be back"

"Would recommend. Good location. Nice and quiet area. Room was very clean. Nice hotel overall"

"Its a sound enough hotel for the business traveler but otherwise pretty ordinary. It's in a shabby part of town with no local ameities or attractions worth the bother. The bar is dismal and the restaurant poor. The staff do a good job of making the best of the little they have to wotk with."

"Las habitaciones muy bien, el buffet correcto. Hotel de una noche a la llegada."

"Excelente hotel, hermoso en cada aspecto posible, la piscina en el piso 27 es fabulosa "
