"Location was convenient to walk to the old city stores and restaurants, however looking out of the window in the room was a junkyard, scrap metal and other debris The bathroom was fabulous with very modern fixtures. The electric lock system was wonderful not having a physical key was great "

"The A/C worked perfectly. It almost looked and sounded like a new unit. Check in was a breeze by Vana who personally showed us the ins and outs of the Unesco building housing the hotel. Safety was a highlight. Got vouchers to have a solid breakfast at Bokeria, half a block away from the hotel since there is no restaurant in the building. The room was up to date and leaving was an efficient self check out. Outstanding location. "

The location was a nightmare for car rentals and difficult to find, but it is close to everything once you get settled. I would recommend the property and would appreciate pictures of the room key lock boxes to better identify which property they are. Better signage for the property name. "

"My stay was just okay in part because the hotel and I had a dispute about being overcharged. I am partly to blame as well as Expedia but let’s just say no kindness was shown to me. The hotel room was very cute but small (nice amenities including a robe and slippers). The bathroom did not have a curtain on the window which was odd and the door handle pulled out when shutting. "Room was airy and spacious. Kettle, no coffee maker in room. A few pastry shops nearby. Breakfast good with hot and cold options. Elevator and inviting courtyard (too cold for my visit). Very convenient location to old city. Bit tricky to find entry: if you are across from yellow theatre lounge bar and beside pastry shop look up at terrace just above you. Go up the alley a few steps and through metal gateway then on through metal trellised gateway. A few steep steps. Worth finding. Unfortunately...
