"Very convenient location, near to shopping olive young, restaurant, train station and night market. Vibrant area. Will definitely stay this hotel again when back. Down side is the sound proof is not great."

"Prime location if you want to shop in Myeongdong. Excellent facilities and amenities. They even allowed us to leave our luggage with them for a few hours after checkout without charge. Checking in and out was very easy and quick--less than a minute each time. The beds and sheets were high quality. My only wish is that there weren't so many lights in the room that stay on all night, i.e., exit light, appliances, overhead light that essentially glows all night. We like dark rooms for sleeping."

"I enjoyed my stay. Check in & check out was super easy. I love the 2 free drinks that came with check in. The bed was a little too firm for me but overall I had a great stay. The hotel is in a great location with Meyongdong Night Market being in walking distance right around the corner. It’s near all of the restaurants, shopping area, public transportation, etc.. I had a delicious steak dinner at the hotel and their drinks are nice & strong. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit"

"Excellent staff services and there were plenty of staff ready for your needs. Great amenities such as free coffee and ice cream at the lounges. Nice swimming pool for summer swim. Great breakfast buffet. This Marriott is head and shoulders above other Marriott, such as one in HongDae. I would come back again."

"The hotel is centrally located in Myeong-dong district, easily accessible by bus and metro within the city. The hotel does not offer transportation from the airport; however, you can take the airport shuttle bus to the hotel. Hotel Vert is in an area with many shops and restaurants on the main streets. "The location was great. The carpet had stains on it. You can see the wear and tear of the washroom even where the main room is. I would only stay again because of the location. Some staffs are friendly, and some would completely ignore you. And if you approach them with a question, they looked irritated that you asked them a question. This is my honest review of the Lotte Hotel Seoul. For a five star they can definitely do a lot better."
