"Habitación limpia, espaciosa, bien decorada. La comunicación solo por WhatsApp estuvo bien. El establecimiento no tiene acceso a la terraza o áreas comunes que se muestran en la descripción del anuncio en la plataforma. Podrían mejorar la secadora de pelo, se recalienta a cada rato y no puedes secarte bien el cabello. No hay recepción en el edificio."

"We had hoped to check in early but we sat waiting in the lobby for 3 hours while the room wasn't ready. Had we been told there was no chance we would have go out and explored vs just sitting. English is not spoken nor understood by the serving staff. Our meals/drinks were a challenge to order and yet the vast majority of guests were english speaking. Don't ask to split the bill as this isn't understood nor is the 15% discount on food/beverages we were expecting based on booking with expedia...

"The staff were welcoming and always ready to assist. They even provided us with a packed breakfast for an early excursion and a snack for an early ride to the airport. The room and hotel was well kept and they had a great breakfast both hot and cold. The hotel was close to a major park, good for a walk or run. And we were walking distance from restaurants and bars. Highly recommended for a stay in Santiago."

"The apartment was a loft with the bedroom being upstairs. The stairs do not have a handrail. There is a fan above the bed which helped circulate the cool air. For two nights this was a comfortable place. The kitchen did not have many utensils if wanting to do a lot of cooking. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too thick for me. Even being on the 8th floor there are was a lot of street noise in the night. This felt like a safe place with 24 hour desk staffing. It's close to a mercado...

"If you are coming to Santiago you MUST stay here! The area is the best in Santiago - we felt so safe and there were so many walkable options for food and drink around. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic - it is offered in the cafe just under the hotel. The guys on reception, Francis and Nicholas, are amazing. So kind, patient and go above and beyond. There is no lift in the hotel but they assisted us with luggage up and down. I couldn’t recommend this hotel...

"Good Breakfast. Real eggs with meat and also without meat. Comfortable beds and room. I was right above the lobby so it was a little noisy when trying to sleep in. The staff was very helpful to get me a different room for the 2nd night. Good central location and good value. I would stay here again."
