"For me this room did the job. Parking outside which was great for us as we came from Birmingham. We stayed in room 109 and the only negative about that room is there is no window so the heat and no natural air made things slightly uncomfortable however lovely host gave us a fan the next morning when we asked so my adive would be if you'rte staying in the summer bring a fan or ask for one to make things more comfortable. Other then that was easy to get to, cleaning staff in the morning friendly....

"Spacious, well designed and modern place. The pictures do it no justice! Love the TV's, Comfortable bed. Amazing self check in process via a phone app. Soo much free amenities! The hot chocolate was beautiful! Would recommend to any solo traveller, group or family! Thanks!"

"This was great inexpensive no frills town home style home. 5 separate bedrooms 1 kitchen and 2 bathrooms that are shared by the renters.
I came for a short trip to watch the Ravens play and it was perfect for my needs.
My room was clean and comfortable. And had a sink TV refrigerator and an armoire. Just perfect for me or a couple. Minutes from the Stadium. The surrounding area is residential. The owner is very friendly and hospitable!
I would definitely stay again if traveling solo or...

"Our stay was great. The only problem we had was the room has no windows, and no air conditioning unit or fan was provided . It was too hot and stiffling, apart from this the rooms can use a few bed side table. The room was spotless, I cannot say anything negative about the cleanliness. S"

"1. initially the hotel didn’t want to honor our reservation - „we don’t have rooms for 4 people“, even though that’s what I reserved
2. then the hotel didn’t give me the room keys - they just claimed they didn’t receive my deposit transfer.
3. I was stranded with 2 kids at 11pm at the hotel, no mercy, they didn’t let me in. Even though I offered cash and credit cards to pay again for the deposit (which I had transferred already!)
4. It took them almost 2 weeks to refund the deposit."

My room was tucked up and away on the opposite side of the building from the main pub dining area. Breakfast was absolutely lovely as was the breakfast room. (Didn't hurt that it was sunny every day that I was there.) "

"The service was wonderful, everyone is really friendly. There were no disturbances and the freedom to come and go was nice. We will definitely come back to stay next time we’re on a weekend trip in London.
The hosts gave us a printout of directions to the stadium which we were very grateful for, they saved us money and time. Security of the property was overall very good and we felt safe inside and outside the property.
There are towels provided and a small en-suite with amenities attached...

"From the minute we got there the staff so attentive & friendly we felt relaxed. We stayed there as we were going to a concert at Tottenham ground & it was a great location to be out the way but close enough to get there & back safely with our son. Food was lovely, free continental breakfast was nice & the room was a great stay. We definitely would stay again."

"Brilliant!! Stayed for a concert in Tottenham and was just thinking that it would be a "it'll have to do" hotel room but was very happy with the room/hotel - they even had cereals and soft drinks in room which was much appreciated!! Thankyou ,,will hopefully stay again when back in area xx"

"What a lovely spot in Kentish Town! Close to the tube station Northern line and a very short walk to Camden, this spot was perfect for my very brief stay in London. The place is practically brand new. The bed was super comfortable which was a huge plus! "

The room was so beautiful I wanted to stay longer. The bathroom design is so unique loved it very much. Definitely coming back soon. I had a welcome card and some treats on the desk for me and had a dog package with a really nice shampoo and some dog treats along with a bed and feeding bowls already in the room before I came...
