"Property was new and room was clean and quiet. Rooftop pool was also nice. Staff was attentive and extremely helpful in calling for transportation, ordering food, giving directions and suggestions, especially Jun, the bell person. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. "

"Staff was very friendly, place was well maintained, everything was either new or well kept. The rooms were sufficient, well ventilated and comfortable. Away from any traffic noise but just few metres away from main hustle bustle and conveniently close by. Would highly recommend."

"Nice and clean room with all the necessary amenities. Was able to self check in within minutes of arriving there. Easy grab to all the main attractions. The only thing I didn’t like was the people who were staying in other rooms they were quite loud in the middle of the night. But thankfully I had my earplugs."

"Una habitación basica agradable, piso alto toca subir bastante escaleras, el servicio bueno, gente amable sobre todo las mujeres, el desayuno vietnamita y occidental nada variado y repetitivo la ubicación no tan buena, en medio de un mercado local aunque lejos de muchos lugares de interés, casi nunca tomó taxis pero después de un día de mucha caminata regresar al hotel es muy cansado. "

"The staff was friendly and the room was clean; it was basically okay."

"Very helpful staff, friendly. Clean room with good air conditioning and breakfast was excellent"

"The hotel staff were very helpful and very friendly. The location was in a local neighbourhood to give you a real Vietnam experience. Coffee across the road was only 15 000 dong and bahn mi 20 000 dong , really cheap food options. Walking distance to public transport, both trains and buses."

"La atención espectacular , muy buen desayuno , los cuartos limpio y ordenados"

"This hotel is currently undergoing maintenance. Very noisy and they did not mention anything via Expedia."
