"Our family stayed in this historic property for a celebration of life of family members who passed away recently. The beautiful and spacious front porch with rocking chairs and a swing was an amazing place to share laughter and memories while the kids played in the expansive front lawn. "Loved the peace and quiet. Convenient to downtown, but no safe way to walk there (limited sidewalks and very narrow roads with speeding cars). Not much to see on Main St but unfortunately that's the norm these days. A serious drive to anywhere, even parks/trails. The unit itself is 1 decent sized room, but arrangement is a bit awkward. Difficult to watch tv from couch or bed. Was hoping for more of a kitchenette, only had a mini fridge and microwave, same as a hotel. A toaster would be great,...
