"We arrived at Hawk house and were greeted by a laminated sign that explained how to check in. We called the number, but there was no response. We called the bell (several times) and eventually a young lady came to check us in. She showed us to our room and was helpful. The room was a twin room (we had booked a double). "We have stayed here a couple of times and been made to feel very welcome. Aaron was a great host and the customer service from everyone working there that we had contact with was excellent. The breakfast and evening meals were delicious, generous portions and represented good value. Overall, highly recommended."

"The key was collected from the shop serving the petrol station which I didn’t know at the time. There is a Greggs and Subway which is very handy for food etc. also the garage station is a Londis which sells items as well. The actual rooms are located behind the building of Greggs and Subway hidden away from the main public area and road. My room was clean and the bathroom was clean and functional.
