"It is a beautiful property, walking distance from the outlet. We loved staying there in a cabin. We were told by a staff that we couldn’t check in until the official check-in time, but when I asked another staff. I was told that the room was already ready and we could check in."

"ロケーションやもともとの建物は悪くないが、建物が古くなっているせいか、ペットのアンモニア臭が染みついてかなり臭い。トイレの匂いもするし、虫が半端なくいる。 食事を予約するホテルの予約センターも沢山の施設を統合しているせいか、電話がかかりにくく、電話に出る女性の対応もよろしくない。経営方法を考えた方がよいと思う。"

"客室は広く十分なスペース。 リッチな感じの宿泊施設で良かったです。 欲を言えば寝室に上がる階段に手すりがあると、年齢が上の人間には優しい時思う。 土足で部屋に入るのが標準なのか、スリッパが標準なのか、室内での使い分けに迷ったので、何処かに線引きがされているとありがたいと思い ます。"
