"ビジネスで使う場合、 浴衣はありません。 外部の浴場は、徒歩10分、車で5分と2ヶ所あり、別途数百円の料金がかかります。 夕食は、ホテル内で1000～1500円くらいで食べられます。コンビニや食事が出来るところは徒歩圏内にはありません。 漫画がたくさんあって、周りには自然が雄大で、ゆったり過ごせます。"

"It is a beautiful property, walking distance from the outlet. We loved staying there in a cabin. We were told by a staff that we couldn’t check in until the official check-in time, but when I asked another staff. I was told that the room was already ready and we could check in."

"旧軽銀座まで歩いて30分と遠いのが不便。それとレストランの予約が中々取れない。また、簡易なワイン酒場の予約も取りづらいと思います。従って外食になり、旧軽銀座まで遠いのが辛い。"

"写真が施設内のものと近隣のものが混在していて勘違いをしてしまう様なところがありました。 建物内はとても綺麗で素敵でした。 スタッフの方の対応も迅速で有り難かったです。 ペット同伴で特にルールは無いとのことでしたがベット、ソファーは乗せてはいけないと事で認識が違うところがあり戸惑いました。 全般的には満足です。"
