"The property is across from the ocean and just down the street from the aquarium and restaurants. Was a bit disappointed some parts of the property need to have some maintenance done, the tub is pealing and needs to be replaced or fixed. The other bathroom has gaps around the bottom of the door and around one side. So a cold breeze blows in while you are trying to shower. Also the hot water only comes out as a trickle where as the cold water comes out full blast. Have long hair was hard to...

"Really nice property in central Napier. Easily walkable to many attractions. Very large and spacious with a good kitchen that was well appointed. The tennis court was a nice addition (the rackets and balls provided could have been better, but not a big deal). Overall would highly recommend!"
