"My second stay at the Hacienda was just as enjoyable. A few friends joined me for a girl’s getaway and it was perfect! A quick walk to downtown there were plenty of restaurants, bars & shops, but we spent much of our time at the Hacienda. Our favorite spots - the front balcony overlooking the fountain, and in the spacious lobby listening to the piano.

"Clean room, easy parking. Breakfast was fine, fresh and consistently replenished but limited. Staff was efficient and helpful. The property is a little worn and the bedding, while clean, was very stained. The biggest drawback here was the location- it faced a large road that was loud and under construction, and we got to listen to the police speed trap pull people over directly across the road all night long for 2 nights. No fault of the owners- but it impacted our stay."

"Staff was patient and polite. However, everything else was awful. Room smelled bad, walls and furniture where stained and filthy. Pillows were old and gross. The shower curtain would't stay closed. The frig didn't work properly and the door was hard to open due to the unit being in a tray. The AC had a loud high pitched whine and the TV was out half my stay. The ice machine in the hall wasn't working. The parking lot was full of shady people hanging out in their cars and listening to loud music...

"The bedding was VISIBLY not changed from whoever stayed prior (hair, stains, what looked like bodily fluid). A dead roach on the floor.
