"Stayed here because of the exceptional ratings. But my experience was not all that great. Stayed here an entire week and my room didn’t get tended to until the day before we left. In the middle of the week my husband asked front desk if we could get our room cleaned. Upon returning from our full day out we walked into our room to see that it wasn’t cleaned. No big deal till everyday after it still wasn’t being tended to. My husband had to go to the front desk for clean towels, toilet paper,...

"I checked in and out in 4 minutes! The hotel is really a long term stay place for all kinds of people. It’s smells homeless. In and out. People have their pets living in these hotels. Roaches and bugs are in the rooms and hallways. I said something to the front desk lady and she refused to refund me. Mind you I was out within 4 minutes. She said she didn’t smell anything as she was spraying febreeze at the front counter"

"This was the nastiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Hair on the counters, hair in the shower, linens were actually dirty (one of them looked like it had blood on it?!?). The sheets on the bed… the actual sheets on the made-bed, were full of different hairs and dirty spots. There was actually a tampon tucked into the night stand next to the bed. Seriously. (Thank God it was still in the package, but gross). Also there was something gross stuck on the nightstand. I complained but they said “we...

"It was pretty nice, the staff were friendly and helpful at all times , I had an issue with the AC because when I woke up the floor was wet but as soon as I called in, they went in to check it out and cleaned it, let us know the issue and what not to do with the AC! It kind of smells like cigarettes outside , but overall , everything is nice . It’s pretty close to fast food places and the dollar tree. So whatever you need, it will be there !"
