"Clean, large room, feel like living in my home"

"Dirty/stained rugs and carpets.Broken floor tiles.Water buildup around septic tank less than 10 feet from the property? All of the rest of the surrounding area was dry. Dirty windows and windowsills. Teflon frying pans were extremely damaged. Dirty/Stained comforter, looked like blood. Downstairs space is much smaller than it appears. The bed was very very comfortable. Lots of amenities, including a convection oven, air fryer, and a bidet. Has a neat feature where the upstairs window pulls out...

"This was the perfect place for our family We range in age 70 down to 8 months and wanted to have Thanksgiving together and did .The home was easy access for the older one and the little ones . The home was lovely and very clean and felt very welcoming ."

"We had a lovely stay! Kevin was an excellent host answering questions and helping us when we needed information. The place was perfectly clean and comfortable and exactly as the listing shows. We came for a family reunion and this was the perfect place for my little family to stay to have our own place. All amenities we needed right at our fingertips. We especially enjoyed the fancy beach chairs! I would highly recommend this location for a stay in Wolfeboro "

The house is comfortable and nicely furnished, and the hot tub was a big hit! "Loved everything about this house. Private, clean, and modern. Had all the furnishings we needed for 4 night's. We will be back. Only negative thing which was not due to host, was Conway fire ban so we were unable to have a fire outside. Also they had a dog bed and my dog was thrilled."
