This beautiful family home is located in Brandon, Florida which is within the Greater Tampa Bay area. It can be a home getaway for anytime of the year! It is also within close proximity to fun-filled family attractions such as Busch Gardens and Adventure Island(25 min drive), Tampa and Florida favorite beaches like Clearwater and St. Pete Beach (30 min. Drive) Lithia Springs, Lithia-The home is also a 45 min. drive to Orlando, Florida. Seminole Rock Casino is about a 10 min drive. Topgolf, Bass Pro-shop, and Mall are 3-5 mins from home. Amalie arena, Armature works, Ray J Stadium and Downtown Tampa are all within a 10min drive! ** I-4 is about 2 mins from the home and can get you to Orlando in about 45 mins. Thank You!

Alma has thought of everything here. The whole house was well appointed with more than enough towels and toiletries, kitchen supplies and appliances. We were here for an extended stay because of an employment move. Our family of six was so comfortable throughout. The game room garage was obviously their favorite and provided some great family time. The showers all had impressive water pressure. The whole house was clean and well taken care of. The backyard grill area provided a great private oasis as well. The house is close to EVERYTHING: all the restaurants, the Tampa stadiums, downtown nightlife, convention center, and attractions. Alma was super responsive to questions, and was super accommodating when we unexpectedly had to extend our stay significantly. Nothing but great things to say about our stay.

Beautiful Home

Our stay was very good. I would have given 5 but there were so many air fresheners that made us wonder what smell are they trying to hide. My family suffer with allergies and they were an issue. We didn't want to trash them so we put them in the closet. I recommend a digital key box. Beautiful home lots of space, close to shopping and very close to my relatives. Hopefully it's available our next family gatherings.

Brandon visit

We needed a nice property where family could rest and visit while in Brandon for a memorial service for our older brother that had passed away. This property was exactly what we needed each person was able to relax and visit. Very close to everything. I rate this residence a 10 on a 1 to 5 scale!

Winter Getaway w/ Family & Friends

We stayed for a long weekend before Xmas and we couldn't have been happier. Everything was as they said it was and more. There are a few minor upkeep fixes to be made, but nothing that stopped us from having a great time. Close to everything in Tampa and all our needs.Thank you Alma! Keep up the great work!

Spring Wedding

We stayed here with family for our daughter’s wedding. It was everything I had hoped for. Very comfortable and close to everything we needed. Alma was very easy to work with and took care of us above and beyond what I would have expected! I would definitely recommend this property. One week stay. We are one of the vendors at the Tampa Super Show

We did have a problem with the fireplace . The smoke wouldn’t rise use up or circulate like it supposed to. Smells of smoke from the fireplace after we poured water on the logs. Towels were provided but no face or hand towels. Overall, our stay was wonderful. Perfect for 6-8 people.

Christmas vacation!

Our stay was fantastic! It was a perfect location- easy to navigate to all the area attractions and shops nearby. The set up of the house was great for my family. Spacious enough for everyone to be more than comfortable. The host was extra helpful! The kitchen was perfectly stocked as well.
