Sleeping arrangements

Four queen bedrooms each open onto their own full bathroom, giving every guest a comfortable place to rest and refresh. The beds are dressed with soft linens, and the layout provides privacy for families or groups traveling together.



Living space & outdoor spot

The living room is spacious enough for everyone to stretch out, with a cozy sofa and a TV for relaxed evenings. A small patio off the living area offers outdoor seating for two, perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink under the stars.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen holds all the essentials you need to whip up simple meals, from a stovetop to a microwave and a set of dishes. A breakfast nook sits beside the kitchen, and a separate dining area provides a welcoming place to sit down and enjoy meals together.



Community amenities

Step into the gated community and feel the sense of security from the on‑site guard. You’ll have full access to a clubhouse, lounge, fitness center, basketball court, walking and biking trail, and a grill area for casual barbecues. The community pool offers a refreshing dip on warm days, and a nearby gym gives you extra options for staying active.



Location & convenience

The unit sits on the second floor, just five minutes from the University of South Florida and a short drive to MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, Takomah Trail Park, and Lettuce Lake Park. All of these attractions are within a 10‑minute drive, making it easy to explore the area.



Parking & practical details

Three visitor parking spots are available on a first‑come‑first‑served basis, clearly labeled “Visitor.” A free washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience, and the entire home is yours alone during your stay.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
