Hello, thank you very much for allowing us to stay. Only one of the TVs worked the one in the living room does not turn on at all Additionally, the Wi-Fi network that is provided does not appear on any of the network selections on the televisions. The book says T-Mobile 54A but the only T-Mobile network that shows up is T-Mobile Cooper. So we were unable to connect to WiFi. The air conditioning unit does not work very well and did not keep the house very cool. I had to go out and buy fans to keep the air flowing productively. One of the dining room chairs was broken so I moved it into the area outside of the room, where the double beds are and replaced it with one of the chairs that were there to prevent it from getting broken worse. Most of all my daughter found active bugs in the bed she slept in (the master) and she had bites as a result. There are also roaches running around. I’ve attached two videos.. I also included a photograph of dishes that were in the cabinet that were full of dead bugs. I would like to know if there’s anything you can do to accommodate us for these significant inconveniences? We followed all guidelines lines in handbook as far as clean up on our end!
