Our house was designed with the discerning travelers in mind looking to live as a local. Located in North Tampa our house offers privacy and convenience with all that you expect in a traditional accommodation. Simply put, we're not your ordinary home- we designed the space specifically with privacy, comfort, & ease of mind.

Room for 8 guests, with two full size beds, 1 queen size bed, and two queen size inflatable mattresses and extra linen (supplied). Features include comfortable and stylish furniture, a desk( dedicated work space) and high-speed reliable wifi.

If you're a business traveler or coming as a family this home is right for you.

Please be respectful of the check in and out times we need that time to clean between each guest and ensure the house is ready for the next guest.

Was not a great stay. It started off with the initial contact. I was supposed to be contacted 24hr before entry. I called they didnt know who i was. Thank goodness i saved the confirmation email. I did get in 30 min early, yay, but it went down from there. 10 hours after we got there eviction papers were posted on the door. I contacted the owner and they said," dont worry about it, they are getting it settled." The selling point of the house was the backyard with the hammock and the fire pit. We couldnt get to it since there was 2.5 feet of grass to wade through. I told the owners. Nothing was done. The house was advertised for 6 house guests. There were only 2 plates, 2 spoons, 3 forks, and 2 knives. Hard to feed a family of 6 with nothing to eat on. There was no toilet paper and no trash bags. I told the owner and they said it would be delivered... after my 5 day stay was up. Like I said, I wont be doing that again.

I did not have any working water at all I and payed fo 3 days and couldn’t flush the toilet wash my face brush my teeth take a bath wash dishes anything at all the staff did communicate with me and tell me they were sending someone out to fix the issue. No one came. They said the The water bill was not paid. I did not get my money back half of my deposit. Anything I was told no said no, because it was dishes in the sink no water I couldn’t wash anything. Are clean without working water house was really nice but having no water ruined the whole experience for me. Never again😡😡

This place is nice and a great place for 6 people max. We had 4 adults, a teenager & a mini goldendoodle. Snug with 3 full size beds. Rented with Vrbo Facts: We rented for 6 nights 2 weeks in advance. We arrived to: 4 forks 4 spoons 1 knife Dishwasher- no soap Coffee pot- no coffee but filters 2 pepper no salt 6 bath towels 6 wash cloths O hand towels Towel in kitchen to do dishes is needed if not giving dishwasher soap 1.5 rolls toilet paper per bathroom staying 6 nights at least 6 rolls Back yard - has 4 chairs & a loveseat with tables. Nice place to sit if the roster isn’t talking. Yes you heard me. Roster. Corn hole is on you list of amenities but not in working order Tv, we couldn’t connect to WiFi but our phones & laptops connected fine. We purchased hand towels for bathrooms & kitchen also silverware & paper plates. I did have to call the owner as the management company he used wasn’t replying fast enough when the power went off and we needed to have him fix. He was super nice and offered to pay us for the purchased items and called to get the power back on within minutes. He also dropped off 6 rolls of TP. Neighborhoods across from property were friendly & helpful. I believe this property manager could be the issue. Owner seemed surprised at all our list of things the property needed. Our thoughts, if you say the property is for 10 guests you need place settings, towels, beds and Tp for all

Property was clean, everything works, I was able to get a lil laundry done. Communication was on time. I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived at the property at 4pm and was not given the entrance code until 5pm. We tried contacting the property with no response for over an hour. I had a child with us who needed to use the bathroom. We ended up taking the child to a very dirty gas station to use the restroom. Besides that all went well.

First place. 🔐 boxs not user friendly. Place had bo electric power, full of Roaches. Management company not able to help. Not understanding why we were not dealing with owner directly. Neighborhood night like on app. 30 minutes or more for owner to contact. Its late in the evening. Owner moved us to another home , bigger home. Lock 🔒 boxs open key in sand. Beds were all dated and uncomfortable. Heat did not work when temps dropped. Backyard not useable at all. All ripped up. Were looking a partial good faith refund from owner. Was a planned trip. Disappointed how the photos from the site and the actual place was. Pleaee advise.

I really was a little disappointed. When I went in and did the walk through there was a full bag of garbage in the kitchen a use roll of toilet paper on-the table and a full load of clothes inthe dryer. The back yard was not set up as in the picture I was really looking forward to playing the cornhole but unfortunately your boards were damage by the weather.

We stayed in this property for just one night, is comfortable, clean and great location. It’s a great place to stay with a small family. The place is exactly as described. Loved the backyard. The only downside was that after communicating a few times with the host the access information was provided just a few hours before check-in, and that made me nervous.
