Esta es una propiedad verdaderamente frente al mar ubicada en la mejor ubicación posible y el edificio más bonito de la zona. Consta de 3 dormitorios completos más 3 baños completos, cocina gourmet, sala de estar espaciosa, gran piscina con bañera de hidromasaje enorme, estacionamiento subterráneo, pisos de piedra natural, acabados de alta gama, sábanas y colchones de lujo, barbacoa Weber Genesis inoxidable en su balcón frente al mar y más. No hay nada mejor que esto.

Además, ofrecemos un servicio de limpieza para el hogar cada dos días durante su estadía. El administrador de la propiedad lo registrará personalmente en el condominio y lo ayudará a familiarizarse con el área mientras brinda un servicio de conserjería continuo para su grupo como lo desee.

Una corta caminata a varios bares y restaurantes de Playa Langosta y una caminata de 10-15 minutos a la ciudad de Tamarindo (o 2 minutos en auto) le dará muchas opciones. El área cuenta con una gran cantidad de tiendas de comestibles (grandes y pequeñas) e incluso podemos coordinar los alimentos que se entregarán en el hogar antes de su llegada.

Esta propiedad es única, de lujo y un valor bastante sólido para un condominio tan grande (3000sf).

Amazing stay!!

Had an amazing 5 night stay in this wonderful house. The house was absolutely perfect, well equipped, with plenty of room for the 4 of us. The view from the balcony was nothing short of amazing. The property was great in every way. Loved the convenience of the assigned underground parking. Would absolutely stay again!!!!

The condo was stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was quiet and felt safe. The only issue we had was that the beds are very firm and we wished we had comforters or extra blankets. The beach is beautiful but it is very rocky.

On the beach in Tamarindo

We stayed in this beautiful, well appointed condo fo 4 weeks located right on Langosta beach within walking distance of Tamarindo. It was a great experience and family and friends really enjoyed spending time with my wife and I. We had a rental car so we were also able to see other areas when we wanted. Highly recommend it!

Love this area, just far away from the busy town but close enough to walk to. Beautiful beach and very nice accommodations. Only one negative was furniture in family room had a "not-so fresh" smell which was overwhelming.

Great ocean front location. Sunsets were amazing. The his trip we actually saw a monkey walking on the pool wall. Beautiful property and we will definitely be back soon.

Spacious

We really enjoyed the space to more about. The condo rooms were large with plenty of storage. Having a washer and dryer on site is a bonus. The security guards were helpful and prompt. I was disappointed with the beach it was rockier than expected, and the view of the beach was blocked by the trees.

The pictures don't do it justice

This condo was truly amazing. I rarely say that a place looks better in real life than the pictures posted. The balcony view of the ocean is breathtaking, and the condo is huge. There were 5 of us but this condo can comfortably sleep 8 (in beds). Washer and dryer were a huge bonus for me, especially being near the beach. There were plenty of extra linens. Concierge was very responsive when I had questions. The property is gated and we felt very safe the entire time. Two pieces of constructive criticism, because no place is perfect :) The parking (under the building) is very tight. We had a rental SUV and it was a challenge getting it in and out of the very small spot, but not impossible. A small car would be no problem. There are quite a few crabs (sand crabs?) in the condo. We found 3-4 a day throughout our stay. I did ask building management and they said this was "part of the beauty of Costa Rica". We would have preferred if that beauty stayed outside the condo. I'm not sure if there is anything that can be done about this, but I just think they should make you aware in advance since there are so many.

Incredible Stay

The view is out of this world. My family, fiance and I stayed here for a few days and could not have been happier with the property. Every room is larger than you'd expect and the balcony provides a perfect view of the sunset over the ocean every evening.

PERFECT!!! JUST PERFECT!!!

Wife and I stayed here with our 4 boys aged 14,12, & twin 6 year olds. This place was amazing. The view is so beautiful and peaceful. We sat out on the balconey every morning with coffee and watched the waves come in. The condo is well stocked, and even with beach towels!!! It was amazing going out onto the beach each morning and sitting in the tide pools and the 85+ degree ocean water. The pool is amazing even though we only swam in it a couple times. The building itself is built extraordinary well. We didn't really hear anyone else in the building except for some very faint sounds. The pictures do not do it justice. It is better than the pictures. It was too far from Tamarindo for us to walk with out little kids, but driving is not too bad. If you are all older, the walk is no problem. The town of Tamarindo is a bit touristy and crowded, but manageable. This condo is THE PLACE to rent. Oh, and for the surfers and SUP's, there are racks in your car parking spot udnerground. You can paddle out and SUP right in front. To surf, you'll need to walk South a little, about 5-10 minutes unless you wanna surf the big point on the right tide.

Amazing Family Vacation

My husband, my 4 sons, and I were very impressed with the property!! Everything was perfect to fit our family vacation. The 24 hour guard was friendly and made us feel secure about our stay. We had an outage and we called the concierge who took care of business within 15 minutes. We loved where we stayed! I have the perfect view and it was working distance to the beach. We would highly recommend this place for any Family who would like to spend a relaxing, Safe, and luxurious vacation! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Perfect Luxury Condo!

6 members of my family just spent 7 nights in Crystal Sands 202. Everything I read in previous reviews was 100% accurate. Fantastic location close enough to Tamarindo to feel like you're part of the action, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. We spent several evenings enjoying the legendary Costa Rica sunsets on the huge balcony. The concierge staff is amazing (Thanks Wils and Sebastian!) and took care of all our needs. Don't think twice about reserving this property - you won't regret it.

STOP READING REVIEWS - RESERVE THIS CONDO....NOW!

If you're still reading then I'll make it easy for you.....every previous positive review is absolutely spot on. 6 members of my family and I just spent 8 incredible days in this condo. Here's the answer to the questions you should be asking yourself: 1. Are the views better than in the pictures? YES! 2. Is this a $1M+ property with the best views in / near Tamarindo? YES! 3. Is the condo more beautiful than it appears in the pictures? YES! 4. Is the location close to the action in Tamarindo but far enough away for peace and quiet at night? YES! 5. Are the Concierge Team members as wonderful as everyone has reviewed? YES! We worked with Sebastian and Wils to arrange multiple excursions and dinners. The service was flawless and they made everything easy. My wife and I took a Spa Day at Altos De Eros (set up by Sebastian) and we left a hat at the property without realizing it until much later....in fact, we didn't realize it until I got a call from Sebastian letting me know he'd arranged to have the hat delivered to him and that he would bring it to me later in the day. 6. Can I walk to Tamarindo from the Condo? Yes....BUT I highly recommend renting a golf cart from www.rentme.cr The wonderful family that owns this business live in Crystal Sands and they delivered and picked up carts to our assigned parking space in the basement. 7. Will I regret anything by renting this condo? YES....you'll regret not extending your trip and staying longer! ;-)

Gorgeous property directly on the beach of the Pacific

We found the property to be outstanding. Clean, nicely appointed, and the service through the arranged concierge was excellent and arranged for all of our needs. Transportation to/from the airport, tours, reservations every night at the best restaurants. No need for a hotel, stay at this great VRBO location and get the same 5 star treatment without the crowds. We have 5 in our family (3 kids) and the property worked great for us. Lots of room. A couple of tips to enjoy your stay a bit more: 1) while the restaurants of Tamarindo are within walking distance (15-20 minute walk) we rented a golf cart for around town and really liked that option. 2) the unit comes with a nice sound system. Since there are no instructions on how to use it (that we noted), download the "Sonos" app to your device (the unit has great wifi service) and the app runs the sound system. Great sound and all the options for music you would ever want 3) take advantage of the concierge service. They will take care of all of your needs and do it quickly and with a smile In summary, a great location, a great property, reasonably priced, and RIGHT ON THE LANGOSTA BEACH with gorgeous sunsets straight out from the huge balcony shown in the pictures. Highly recommend this unit.
