"The staff are all incredible and it's a gorgeous hotel. The only thing to note is that most of the rooms face the main road which was noisy even for us Londoners accustomed to using earplugs. We didn't ask to move since we only stayed two nights so maybe there are some quieter rooms - but it did look like they're all on the same side of the hotel. "Entrance to the accommodation was not easy to locate as I passed at least thrice before figuring out where it is. The front desk closes at 6pm and there isn’t a lift so beware not to carry too heavy. The stack where my room is not soundproof and was offered a family room upgrade on a different stack.
