"Breakfast selection is amazing and completely fit my expectations of a nutritious breakfast. They even had a waffle maker to make your own waffles. I wish the staff or Expedia would have indicated that parking was not free. My party was not happy about the hidden cost but we also had to place our vehicle somewhere overnight."

"Stayed here with my dog and was disappointed. The pet fee ($75 + tax/night) is quite high, yet no amenities (no bed, no bowl ) were provided for the dog at all. Also, the USB-C chargers on both sides of the bed were not working. We were told no maintenance was available and were given a used adapter, which wasn’t practical for multiple devices. On the positive side, the room is spacious and the breakfast is good. Overall, not great value for a pet-friendly stay."

"I recently stayed here and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. It would have been appreciated if we were informed at check-in that there was no functioning air conditioning. No one mentioned anything until the next day, when we were told to turn off the unit because it was blowing hot air. We spent the entire first night unable to sleep, as the room felt close to 40°C. When we went to the front desk, the staff member did not mention any known issue and said maintenance would...

"The breakfast menu was good. It was great that you can get something to eat at 6am for people who want to check out early because they have a long trip home. The rooms are very clean. If you need fresh towels the staff brought them right away. I would stay there again. "

"Conditions of the rooms are terrible. Bed is very uncomfortable. Terrible experience with bathroom tub and shower condition. Internet is practically non existent, TV remote not working, no screen mirroring, other noisy guests shouting in the hallway until 1am in the morning. I would never stay there again. The only positive thing i can think of was the polite attitude and service of the staff."

"Room is impeccably clean and nice. But nobody answers the phone in front desk, housekeeping, everything! Huge living room but can’t afford to have microwave inside the room, there’s only one old microwave at the lobby. No signage or anything as to where you can find amenities, you have to figure it or ask around. Kinda disappoints for 4-start expensive hotel."
