"We had a great time staying at this cabin and exploring Tennessee. Although there was a great separate game room, everyone really enjoyed playing pool in the house. The location was super convenient for visiting both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, which we appreciated. The home was clean. The host made it easy by providing directions to home and access code prior to trip. "

"We enjoyed a charming stay at this property and especially appreciated all of the nice furnishings and touches - definitely feels more like a home than a rental. LeAnne is a very attentive and gracious host and seems to want the very best experience for her guests. If you don't mind the climb, Chalet Village is an excellent spot to be close but not too close to the Gatlinburg traffic. A five-star experience all the way and we hope to return soon!"

"First off the chalet was very nice and clean. It felt very cozy and private. The rooms were good sized and the jacuzzi was heavenly. The kitchen did have pots and and some appliances and silverware but no strainer or oven pans. It is dog friendly , which is important to us but not much green space to walk them at all. The reason i posted just okay is in your listings you say washer and dryers and fitness room . Also on some websites, it shows it is suppose to have an indoor pool and it does...

"When we arrived at the house everything seemed ok until we looked closer at what was in the house. No dish clothes only 2 dish pods, dirty pans in the cupboards, food in the bottom of the dishwasher, etc. The hot tub was at 77 degrees and water was over flowing the tub. The TV's only got 3 stations and so we did not use them at all. But a note to the host fixed most things and she was very prompt in her responses. Got the hot tub working and to temp the next day and had 3 dish towels and...
