Lovely guesthouse near I10 with grand piano; 15 min from campus

The Little Green Guest House is ideal for business travelers, legislators, university parents, or sports fans. Located in a quiet neighborhood in NE Tallahassee on the grounds of a beautifully maintained 1920’s home, the Little Green Guest House is less than 15 minutes from the universities and the capitol building, very convenient to retail and dining, and minutes to I-10. The living room features a well-maintained and tuned Kawai mahogany grand piano and a queen fold-out sofa bed.
The Little Green Guest House has a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and a work desk. The bathroom is also accessible to both bedroom and living room. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, which is shorter in length than most queens. It will sleep 2 children or 2 shorter adults, (5’7” or less), comfortably. The eat-in kitchen is stocked with the basics necessary for preparing and serving meals. Enjoy complimentary Lucky Goat coffee and condiments and fresh eggs from our free-range chickens each morning on the private patio with comfortable seating for four and a three-top bistro outdoor dining table.

We love our location. It’s very convenient to groceries, (3 minutes to Publix/Fresh Market, 5 min to Trader Joe’s), hospitals (about 10 minutes to Capital/12 min to TMH), downtown, (15 min to Capitol), and FSU football, (20 min to Doak Campbell stadium, not accounting for game day traffic). Retail shopping in Market district is a few minutes away, as well as Maclay Gardens.
Guest access
Guests have access to all kitchen appliances and utensils, a pack-n-play and booster seat in the walk-in closet, playing the Kawai grand piano, books, games, and the fenced, private back yard with seating for four and a bistro dining table.

Guests may park in the carport and to the space to the left of the big oak tree.

There is no laundry available, though accommodations can be made for long-term guests.

Please keep food and drink away from the piano, and enjoy playing with clean hands.

Please keep fire inside the fire pit.

No smoking/vaping on premises.

No gatherings larger than stated party.
