"We were checked in by an intern who was very impolite and unprofessional. She talked to us as if we were in a military drill. We arrived at 15:35h, but she wouldn't give us the room key saying that the official check-in time was at 16:00h. We came back at 15:58h, and she literally let us wait for another 2 minutes before she gave us the key. No customer service orientation at all. I hope that this intern will not continue working at this hotel much longer. It was a very unpleasant experience....
